Willowdale Hotel is the ultimate destination for South-West Sydney. It’s so much more than just a pub, it’s an experience!
Every detail is meticulously noted and well-intentioned, with stunning architectural design blended with a warm feeling that its locals can only describe as feeling at home.
Stepping into the venue, you’re greeted by tall ceilings and gorgeous wooden paneling, contrasted by a striking brick that blends to build a premium feel that exudes quality.
Opening in May 2023, this venue is the result of years of hard work and dedication to the hospitality craft. It’s modern, yet so familiar.
With multiple large-format screens, a three-sided main bar, an enormous dedicated family area with a massive kids playground, dedicated sports bar, private function space and capacity for approximately 800 patrons at any given time, Willowdale Hotel is the perfect spot to catch the big game, host a major event or enjoy a quiet meal.

The driving force behind the success of Willowdale Hotel can be attributed to none other than the strong team that leads the venue.
Joshua Hill – General Manager
Josh has been with Willowdale Hotel from the start, helping to open the venue as an Assistant Venue Manager. He has wasted no time in making his mark on the venue, and earned his rank as its General Manager.
Being the youngest venue manager in our group, he brings a consistently fresh approach to hospitality that is reflected in every aspect of the hotel.
He’s best known for his undying affection for an Iced Chocolate and his constant and infectious state of calmness – even with a packed venue!
Adam Kinch – Head Chef
Chef Adam joined the team in October 2024, wasting no time in revitalising the menu and the culture of both our Front of House and Back of House teams.
With over 25 years experience as a chef, there is no better person to helm our bistro.
You’ll find Chef Adam on the PASS, probably singing mid-dinner service.
