Jaye Savelio – General Manager
Jaye has been a foundational part of Acacia Ridge Hotel for many years. Hailing from over the ditch, Jaye brings many years of hospitality management experience to her role.
Jaye is all about bringing the community together, and there’s no better place to do so than at your local pub! She and her team help to deliver good times to everyone who steps through our doors.
Rosemarie Gillies – Head Chef
Chef Rosie is a force to be reckoned with – queen of the kitchen and heart of the food we serve at Acacia Ridge Hotel. She manages a small-but-mighty team of kitchen superstars, and consistently delivers quality pub meals cooked with love.
Working under multiple previous head chefs of The Ridge, it’s now her turn to leave her mark and fill the bellies of the local community!
